Who am I ?
Hi, I’m Ben – a Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach based in Basel.
After 16 years as a software architect, I shifted my focus to the human body, studying fitness and health to overcome my own challenges. Today, I help others on their journey to strength, health, and confidence.
